Welcome

If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is designed to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

Enjoy!
  • The 100th Monkey Syndrome & the Collective Consciousness of Oneness

Have you ever heard of the “100th monkey syndrome”? It has been coming up a lot lately in my life therefore I thought I would share it with everyone.

In the 1950s, some scientists/researchers dropped sweet potatoes onto the sandy beaches of several islands where monkeys inhabited on each island would find the potatoes and eat them, without wiping off the sand. It took one younger monkey on one island to wash his potato in the water, and then the rest of the monkeys on that island did the same.

The researchers found out that, all of a sudden, monkeys on other islands were also washing their sweet potatoes. These islands were separated by many miles of ocean water; therefore, the monkeys had no physical way of communicating the learned knowledge. The scientists carried out this experimentation numerous times over and concluded that at approximately one hundred monkeys the phenomenon jumped over to other disconnected societies. Their hypothesis was that this also happens with human beings.

My conclusion is that we all have a connection through a collective consciousness. It just goes to show that you alone have the power to reach the masses of world. This collective conscious is accessible to everyone on the planet and even unconsciously, we tap into this infinite knowledge of infinite information through our oneness. I will explain how I came to realize this oneness in my own experiences. Most of my experiences move on many different levels of understanding this oneness.

I have had an experience of oneness where I knew my individuality; it just felt like a bigger picture. The oneness verse the individuality were one in the same but mainly the individuality seemed to be a game I was playing with myself in order to experience my oneness in separate pieces, instead of knowing I am infinitely everything. If I knew the infinite potential I was then I would not be able to experience my infiniteness because the game would be over. It would be like a magician trying to entertain an audience who all know the illusion behind the tricks.

I once experienced oneness as one single atom bouncing and vibrating everywhere so fast that everything that makes up anything is that one single atom. I realized that one single atom was the infiniteness of me. If you look at a ‘solid’ object under a microscope you would see many particles bouncing off each other. The faster the particles vibrate, the more ‘solid’ the object will seem to be. I experienced all these particles as being one single same particle bouncing everywhere throughout the universe. It really gave me a sense that there is no separation and oneness is a part of everything all the time.

Usually these experiences of oneness are timeless but in one experience, I had the opportunity to feel the time inside the timeless reality. To understand what I am saying, hold an object in your hand, now move your hand from one side to the other, when that object is moving, it is not moving in time. The object from point A to point B is not the same object; all the atoms (or the one atom of everything) disassembles and reassembles anytime something so called “moves”. It is not moving at all inside time. What is actually happening is that the object is relocating itself to be where it was already. In other words, all objects exist everywhere all at once in time because every object is the same object. If an object were to move faster then the speed of light (which most consider impossible), it is not that the object moves that fast but that the object exists everywhere and just materialized from and to the location, it already was existing. Here is a video I found called “Quantum Intrication : All One” that touches on this oneness in time.

Therefore, in conclusion, I would say the individuality side of things is a complete illusion. An illusion set into place for us to identify with ourselves as parts because with out it then this experience would not provide fulfillment. As I mentioned, we would see the illusion and the trick would ruin itself out of existence. Therefore, the experience would not be an experience but just pure knowing. Yet it is like moving up a ladder to remembrance, each experience and each time we open up more of our consciousness and perspective of the oneness, the more we remember and the more we can connect to it. For that reason, it is also our job to help ‘others’ remember since a goal is in process of building up as we go along. The goal is to experience that oneness completely without the illusion. When that time happens, we will be experiencing infinite potential of ourselves, which is the whole goal from the beginning of conscious evolving time. The whole ‘Big Bang’ consciousness and the force behind it (which would be us) is to experience ourselves in the body as who we really are, infinite potential. The art of the purpose is that every atom, every particle, every consciousness, every people is a part of that design and nobody can work outside of it even the so called “unaware or unconscious” people since that is part of the purpose too as I explained in “Perfect Universe Verse Taking Action”.

However there is way to experience infinite potential as a collective conscious of oneness. Find out how by clicking here.
