Welcome

If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is designed to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

Enjoy!
  • How to Automatically Produce a Desired Result

The series of articles I have been writing about using passion to produce money, caused this site to hit a traffic spike (an increase in the amount of people who view this site). This traffic spike has lead to a variety of email's from people asking about how they can find their passion. I have been referring them to an article called "How to Find Your Passion & Make it Your Career".

Yet, I am going to take it a step further and explain through this article the source that causes passion to happen.
Basically through the sources of the subconscious mind and conscious mind, passion is developed by having a desire that is backed by an emotionally charged energy. In other words, passion is the result of a dedicated desire to achieve something. This article will convey these processes/methods in detail and how to effectively create any desire into passion. After creating a passionate desire, this article will also show you how to automatically produce the result of that desire.
However, first let me explain how the subconscious mind works, how the conscious mind works, and how life processes in order to create a passionate desire.

The Workings of the Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind has no borders, bounties, limits, or known edges to the process in which it can preform. The subconscious can produce any desired result set forth. The subconscious is the reason why things like miracles (experiencing the 'impossible'), unlimited physical potentials (no body limits), genius (whole mind intelligence), and the only way all the laws known to humans can be broken, defied, bent, or twisted (above and beyond science).

The Workings of the Conscious Mind
Yet, most people do not belief that the things described above are possible, since the subconscious mind is rarely experienced that way. The reason being is that the conscious mind limits it. The conscious mind limits the subconscious experience, through the filters of perspectives, expectations, and beliefs to life. In this way, you always have 100% complete, total, and full control of everything you consciously experience and it is all done through your filters (perspectives, expectations, and beliefs)!

The Process of Life in Creating a Passionate Desire

I uncovered a patterned secret in life, that causes life to set in motion a design (automatically through a series of events) for the conscious mind to pull itself out of the filters/comfort zones it has set in place, but the process is v-e-r-y s-l-o-w.

For example, it may take years or even decades, for a shy person to reach a series of experiences where she/he feels the desire (often due to the pressures of many experiences) to finally brake free of shyness. This desire that drives the person to reach such a point, is a desire of extreme dedication to achieving success beyond the limit. In other words, they are emotionally charged/lit to achieving the desire no matter what.

It is always a build up of experiences that allows the person to hit a boiling point of moving past the limit that the conscious mind created. As if the boiling point caused them to bubble up past the container (limit) of the kettle and escape through the form known as steam (the freedom to choose a desire they thought limited them, as in this example the desire to overcome the limits of shyness).

Here are a couple of detailed examples in how the process works using shyness as focal-point:
    • The shy person feels the need to tell a girl/boy how they feel before they move away and miss a opportunity of a lifetime.

Alternately, if they have not reached the boiling point yet, the shyness stopped them from having that opportunity and it haunts them until the life produces the next series of events unfolding something new.

    • The shy person has to be bold for a job interview to leave the control of their parents.

On the other hand, perhaps the shyness got the best of them and they could not go through with the interview, now the parents control goes on more, etc...

If the shyness gets the best of them through each event/experience, life will always unfold a new event and hopefully that new event/experience will be the boiling point. If it is not, then the process continues.

The details to the series of events do not matter (they are infinite), what does matter is noticing that a series of positive/negative (mostly from the perspective of negative) experiences unfolded, all in the name of breaking the conscious mind free of its limiting perspectives, expectations, and beliefs.

Life is the Teacher of Passionate Desires
What causes life to start producing these series of events? Life sets forth a series of events/experiences like this example of shyness, every-time you observe something and feel as if you have no control over it.

Life does this automatically, so that you will realize that you have complete control (always did and always will), but you did not have the desire to control it. As a result, you are lead to experience many things that help you control (the 'uncontrollable') through an emotional charged dedicated desire. No human being is ever truly limited. Life is the teacher of this concept.

The Two Ways of Turning Desire into Reality
My point is that there is a much more quicker, productive, and effortless way of realizing yourself as having no limits and taking control of that which you truly desire. Instead of the s-l-o-w process that life produces through these series of events/experiences (it is not slow because the process behind life is faulty, it is slow because you are not actively participating with life). This more quicker, productive, and effortless way is done through one of two ways (or both):
    1. Gaining control of your conscious mind, which influences the dominating thoughts of the subconscious mind.
    2. Influencing the subconscious mind to override the conscious minds limits.
I know they sound the same, but they are both dramatically different. Here is the process behind both:
    1. The first one is done through a consistent, persistent, and dedication to positive thinking which leads to empowered states of consciousnesses (with this method you have less control than method two, but almost all the experiences you encounter are fulfilling). This is effective through mental control of thoughts.
In simply terms the essence of the subconscious mind works in this manner: the subconscious stores every thought your conscious mind has (plus every memory in your lifetime), yet the thoughts you have most often, are the thoughts it produces into experience.

Every thought you have is like a path that leads you down the road of the same thought extentions. The more thoughts you have of the same nature, the more the path leads you to a higher field of your thoughts. In other words, your subconscious will lead you to opportunities in order to express your thoughts in experience. You will quite literally experience your most dominate thoughts. It works in the same way as the example above about the shy person. (Life sets forth a series of events/experiences, every-time you observe something and feel as if you have no control over it. When you have a thought and add feeling to it, then you are having a dominate thought). This method allows more control in what will happen verse leaving it up to the process of life. Through this method, you choose to activity participate, which allows you the ability to see that you can choose your perspective to experiences. Change your perspectives on life and you automatically change your experiences of life.

How To Complete Process One of Turning Desire into Reality
In order to complete the task of this method, I would highly recommend the free eBook "The 'How To' Guide of 50 Ways to a Positive Consciousness" (which I recently updated). It is one thing to read this free eBook, but quite another to put it into action. When you actually commit to the 'how to processes' contained within the eBook, you literally have the potential to changing your perspective of life immediately and with a little effort (until it turns into a habit, which is about 22 days) you can change your entire life experiences (even just using five of the 50 ways). You can change your entire life experience in just 22 days if you habitually put into practice the information inside the eBook.

That is seriously all it takes. If you desire more improvement (which is very likely you will from seeing the tremendous difference in your life), after you turn the five processes you chose into habits, you can start another five.
2.The second one is done with little conscious effort (you have more control of experiencing exactly what you desire, but this process works best while focusing on one desire at a time. Therefore, your experiences in the meantime while waiting for your desire, will be the process of what your most dominating thoughts are). This second method relays on the subconscious to convince the conscious to have faith and belief what you program the subconscious to reveal.
How To Complete Process Two of Turning Desire into Reality
This is a step by step system where you literally convince the conscious mind (whatever you program it to believe) of possibility. If done repeatedly, the conscious mind not only thinks possibility, but converts into knowing it will happen. Through this process the subconscious forces the limits of the conscious mind to move aside. With no limits in the way (the conscious mind is actually helping), the subconscious mind can produce any result and I mean that quite literally.

An Example of Making the Impossible, Possible
Before we continue with this article, I would like to invite you to a five minute example of the possibilities I am talking about here. It will only take five minutes (if that) to complete the excise, but it is of the upmost importance that you actually do the excise in order to have your own small experience of something you might consider impossible. I designed this five minute exercise: "Your Brain Does NOT Know the Difference!" to give people an experience of making the impossible, possible.

If you do not click on the link and do the exercise above, the likelihood of you following through with this step by step system, is bleak: since it does not make logical sense if you have not worked with the psychology of the mind.

    The Step By Step System
This step by step system was created through analyzing the key points from the series of events/experiences that life sets in motion.

Step One: Write down the desire you wish to intend (it important that you write it down in your own handwriting so the subconscious can easily connect to it). Describe the desire in specific/certain details. The more detailed, the more availability and clear the subconscious mind will be (do not worry if these steps are not self-explanatory to you, I will provide an example using these steps (after I explain all the steps) to help confirm how the process will look). The details must be logically believable to your conscious mind in order to keep the conscious mind active in the steps.
    • With the series of events/experiences set forth by life, it is set forth by observing something and feeling as if you have no control over it (also known as a limit). Obviously one of your filters (perspective, expectation, and/or belief) is limiting you from getting this desire or you would already have it.
Step Two: Write down an action plan of what you are going to do in order to attain the desire. This action plan has to be realistic and logical (whatever that might mean to you). More than likely your desire will come through the medium of this action plan (although the subconscious always finds the most quickest, productive, and effortless way of doing this). The subconscious does not understand things in terms of 'realistic' or 'logical' but this is also a way of consciously allowing yourself to continue these steps until the desire is reached.
    • Through the series of events/experiences, life has an action plan mapped out in order to help you achieve your desire. If you consciously set your own action plan, you are able to skip the series.
Step Three: Make the action plan set to a time limit. Give a specific date of time you will attain your desire. Make this date practical to the conscious mind, again the subconscious does not understand the meaning of 'practical' but the conscious mind needs it to complete the steps until the desire is manifested into reality. Do not change this date (once you decided on a practical one). A few days into consistently following these step, your believe and faith in the desire will cause you to feel that you can attain the desire long before the date is even close and that is more than likely what will happen, but if you change the date and the desire does not show up on the new date, 99% of the time no matter how dedicated, most anybody will give up.
    • The series of events/experiences set by life does not understand or relate to time, which is why the process takes so long (the subconsciousness does not relate to time either, but the consciousness and the subconsciousness work together in this step by step system. Therefore, the conscious mind can unconsciously translate the time factor to the subconsciousness). By setting a time limit, you are creating your own destiny.
Step Four: Read the desire you wish to intend out-loud everyday when you first wake up from sleep and every night before sleep (if you use this free subliminal recording while you sleep, the process will happen even faster). Yet you must read it with feeling and emotion. The way to do this, is to imagine that you already have in possession the desire you wish to attain (if you have difficulty doing this, refer back to the five minute example: "Your Brain Does NOT Know the Difference!", this works the same way). This imagining will lead you to the feeling, seeing, and believing that is attached to the desire (the emotional feeling, is what your after).
    • In the series of events/experiences that are set in motion by life, the goal is to give you an emotional charged/lit dedicated desire to achieve whatever you believe is limiting you. Therefore, by adding emotion, you are calling forth and working with the design of life.
Step Five: Always have persistence, consistence, dedication, and passionately following the steps until the desire is accomplished and complete. The reason this is significant, is that you will feel so charged by the desire and believing it will come, that you will want to stop continuing step four because you will see no reason to do it everyday. You will have such a intense feeling that your desire is near, that nothing can eliminate this feeling. Yet, the moment you put a holt to this process, is the moment you will put a holt to believing/achieving your desire (I know when you are caught up in the moment of your emotionally charged dedicated desire, it will not feel that you can lose it, but the reason for that feeling is that you are following the steps).
    • When life places this series of events/experiences into course, it does this with an infinite persistence without giving up, quitting, and never letting failure stop it (the failure of having to unfold another course of events/experiences because the previous ones did not produce the boiling point) from giving you the emotionally charged/lit desire to achieve the point beyond your limiting filters.
Step Six: Do not wait. Get started and follow the steps right now, this very moment. There is no 'right time' except for now. If you had the time to read this article, than you have the time to put it into use.
    • Life does not wait until you are ready in order to unfold the series of events/experiences upon you. It happens the moment you unconsciously activate it, rather you are ready or not. Just like you unconsciously called this article to you, it is now activated into your life, but it is up to you to make it happen. It is also up to you to choose out of all the infinite series of events/experiences which one will break you past your comfort zone.

    Is There a Guarantee?
There are no guarantees in life, but there is a guaranteed formula that if followed will guide you to making anything possible, even the impossible. This guaranteed formula is found in the steps above. It will work for anybody on the planet (who can follow the steps above) and with any desire they decide to succeed in.

An Example of the Step By Step System
Since this article was inspired by the series of recent articles to do with passion and money. I am going to use the above step by step system as an example of how the step by step system will look if your desire is of money:

Example of Step One: "I will attain _______ dollars (fill in the blank). An example would be $40,000 dollars through incriminates of separate payments that add up to $10,000 dollars within each month (you can also say one whole lump sum, as long as it is logically believable to you).

Example of Step Two: I will attain this money through my site. I will produce many valuable articles and offer valuable products that add up to the worth of $40,000 dollars of value to my readers (on top of the value I have already provided with past articles), which will result in receiving incriminates of separate payments that add up to $10,000 dollars every month.

    Example of Step Three
: I will attain all the incriminates of money by the date of January 1st 2009.

Example of Step Four: Everyday upon waking and sleeping, I read out-loud this statement (while imagining that I already obtain it): "I will attain $40,000 dollars through incriminates of separate payments that add up to $10,000 dollars each month. I will attain this money through my site. I will produce an article that is worth $40,000 dollars of value to my readers ( on top of the value I have already provided in past articles), which will result in receiving incriminates of $10,000 dollars every month. I will attain all the incriminates of money by the date of January 1st 2009!"

Example of Step Five: I will do this everyday without fail until my desire is a reality.

Example of Step Six: I already completed this step through this example.

Your turn to get started :)
