If you're interested in conscious living, then likely you're just as equally interested in Zen but simply not knowingly interested.

Usually Zen is associated with Japanese culture and religious or Buddhism practice, but true Zen (or at least the way this site uses the term) is emphasizing the value of conscious living.

Zen and conscious living come together and go hand-in-hand. Hence, conscious living without Zen is a huge oversight and vice-versa because these are not two.

"Conscious Flex: Zen & Conscious Living" is design to offer a partnership of how these seemingly two are actually one movement.

Zen is the foundational spaciousness or presence from which conscious living derives. In the same manner that an artist, inventor or intuitive actions come from the stillness in the silence of non-movement.

In other words, Zen is a resting in the powerful space of not thinking about thought, not doing anything about doing, not trying to be the solver or understander, the knower collector but simply allowing the intelligence of life to flow through you and as you.

What is described can be thought of as meditation or accessing our intuition, but it's actually just natural living.

Often you will see kids in a natural resting space or presence and we tell them "snap out of it" because we think they are in "lala land" or "fantasy land" and not paying attention but actually they are simply being completely present with what is. It's natural to just rest and be, that's the flow from which insight and wisdom arises from.

Hence, conscious living is also the natural flow of how life organically expands upon itself. Consequently, conscious living is Zen living, when it's pure and without conceptual overlays.

  • A Deeper Look into the Power of Imagination

As I mentioned in "How to Unlock Your Infinite Potential (Page 2) The Highest Choice Through Imagination" imagination is an important key. This article is a deeper explanation on that understanding. Albert Einstein: “I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.

    Knowledge Verse Imagination

Knowledge always has a limit by how many choices can open up. Knowledge can be researched to the point of finding a limit. Knowledge may help you see and understand things as they are; imagination allows you to see what is possible. Imagination does open a new choice and imagination unlocks unlimited choices. Imagination is the ability to search for new information and that search is unlimited. Imagination allows you to see beyond what was originally there. When all else fails imagination is the key to finding success.

Imagination is the Key to Achieving ANY Success
The problem is that most people limit their own imagination through the filter of their limited beliefs. You limit one thing inside you and the rest gets limited as well. If you have a limited belief that says, “I can’t” or “Not possible” then you limit your imagination to see past the limited belief system you have in place. The reason being is that we all put so much importance on the knowledge of the world, rather than the imagination around the world. At the moment we come to a problem, the first thing we do to get a solution is research and try to gain knowledge about the problem. Instead of going within and use the tool called our imagination. If we use our imagination to the ability it is designed and capable of using, we would find all the knowledge of the world within our own imagination. Then we would be able to go beyond that and see answers to the problem that pure knowledge and research could not find. In other words, the solution to any problem is within you and the answer is your imagination. Use it wisely and you can achieve anything you can imagine!

When you have a desire, what lets you know that you can achieve the desire? It is your imagination; you imagine that you can achieve it. If you did not believe you could achieve a desire you are holding, then you would not entertain the idea of it because to most that would be a waste of time. When you have a goal you want to achieve, you set that goal up knowing you could complete it. If you did not know that, then you probably would not have set the goal in the first place. You knew you could carry out that goal, but what let you know? Your imagination, you imagined that it was possible to do so. You opened up your imagination and saw the choice to choose it. You chose it fully knowing you could, without any limited beliefs stopping you from seeing that choice as an option.

    Giving Imagination Power Over Logic

Give your imagination permission to draw freely upon itself without any limitation to what your limited beliefs might have to say about it. Just revert within to develop, advance, and build the imagination to the point where you see no limits within your imaging skills. Do not let your limited belief stop you from imaging what your logic thinks might be impossible. It does not matter if it is possible to you or not, what matters is that you have the choice to imagine it if you want to, yet why would you not want to? Your Brain Does NOT Know the Difference between your imagination and reality. You can literally imagine something into reality (click the above link, for an exercise I created to prove this to yourself).
The Imagination Opens Up New Choices
Children do not stop their own imagination; they get very excited imagining all kinds of choices to choose. It does not matter to them if that choice is there in front of them to choose it. They will imagine whatever they want to, where ever and whenever they want to. To children imagining is entertaining, exciting, and most of all fun. Learn to have fun with your imagination again, exercise it, play with it, feed it, and watch it grow into a magnificent piece of art full of unlimited treasures of surprise. A completely new world will open itself up to you, a world of your imagination. As your imagination grows, it will grow into your reality; from there your reality world will be full of new options and choices.

Imaginations create movies, but most people watch movies through the filter of their limited beliefs and logic. Therefore, when they watch this movie, they are thinking, “This is not possible”, but what if you watched movies through the filter of your imagination. As an idea to give you a possible choice of what could be, watching movies and seeing life through the filter of imagination is where new ideas and choices flow. Your experience of life will differ if you choose to see life through your imagination, not the filter of your logical limited beliefs. Exercise with this and try to see life through imagination by starting to watch movies in this way. You will start to notice something very strange happening in your life. Your imagining will become your reality. I mean that quite literally. As state above (this exercise example), you can literally imagine things into physical form (making it real from imagination to manifestation).
