We Are Energy

We are energy? This article will explain in great detail how we are energy.

As a collective, most of us accept that the universe is made-up of matter (anything that has mass and volume) and empty space (a volume of space that is mostly empty of matter). As a result, essentially we think of ourselves as matter.

However, if you take any solid object and look at it under a high- powered microscope, you will see little energy particles vibrating against each other. As shown in the image to the left.

Matter is anything which has mass and volume or better known as solid objects.

Therefore, solid matter, is not as solid as we first thought, in fact, matter is made-up of vibrating energy particles; it only seems solid based on how fast the energy particles are vibrating.

Everything is Vibrating Energy

How to Overcome Fear | What Is Fear?

The first step on how to overcome fear is to understand what fear is. What Is Fear?

"If you can't explain it simply,
you don't understand it well enough."
~ Albert Einstein

We seem to assume we know what fear is and we approach the solutions to overcoming fear based on this assumption.

"Fears are educated into us,
and can, if we wish,
be educated out."
~ Karl Augustus Menninger (specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders)

I heard once that the real meaning of the word FEAR could be broken down like this:

F=False

E=Evidence

A=Appearing

R=Real

"Of all the liars in the world,
sometimes the worst
are your fears
.
"
~ Rudyard Kipling (Nobel Prize for Literature in 1907)

What is Life for? What is Life All About?

No matter what the question is "What is life for?", "What is life all about?", "What is the purpose of life?", etc... you will never find a satisfying answer, but that's good news! Here's why: You are life living itself.

Therefore every question about life is merely a symptom formed into a question, NOT the root question itself. No answer can satisfy since that is NOT what is being sought. We assume that once we find the answer to this main question then we will be satisfied, but no answer can solve that hunger.

In other words, every question about life is a surface question linked to a deeper question. A deeper question formed from a confusion that has such a simplistic answer that the question doesn't even appear to arise once the answer is noticed.

How to Improve Communication in a Relationship

How to improve communication skills in ALL relationships takes a different perspective. A perspective that takes an awareness of what is happening within you. How to improve communication is about improving your awareness skills.

First, I should mention that I am not speaking of a self-improvement program. I am speaking of noticing that which is already noticing and communicating from that which notices. In other words, what I am about to express has nothing to do with inquiring a new skill, it's about noticing what is already happening (and always has been happening) within you and simply communicating what is noticed. Hence this 'how to improve communication' exercise is extremely simple and effective because you're not learning anything new, you're just communicating what is already there.

The Listening: It wants us to face every idea we hold

Hello there, I want to extend myself in gratitude to each and everyone of you for reading my articles and taking this journey into life with me, following me and exploring this adventure together. Sharing of life and reaching into each others lives as we awakening to who and what we are, is such a fulfillment and brings me deep pleasure to connect in this way. As we reach out and touch love, a mirror of the love we are completes the circle and true sharing can take place from great compassion and deep caring. So, thank you for this opportunity.

The Listening
I touched a deeper phenomenal essence of what it means to be human recently, something I like to call "the listening" and it would bring me deep joy to share it with you.

I call it "the listening" because that's exactly what it does. There is a felt sense of what this moment is and what is happening in it. Much like if you just happened to drop into this body and knew nothing about it, then started describing what you feel, see, and experience without ideas of wrong or right or having any meanings attached. Just a listening to the feelings you are experiencing and describing it, out of great curiosity about what this life is and what this human being is in this experience. Like an adventure and wonder and excitement of just being. The listening is very interested in what is happening, no matter what it is because it's interesting to discover what this life is and who you are in it.

The listening has a very subtle but unmissable quality to it, you can hear and feel its essence. It's like it knows itself and feels at home remembering itself. In fact, it is you and all you're doing is listening. Like now, listen, do you hear that?

That's the focus that is needed. You know when one says "shhhhhhh, listen, do you hear that?" and you stop what you are doing and try to listen for this faint sound to see if you can hear it. Only this is not audible, it's a feeling sense. A feeling sense that hears into the moment and is honest about what is there, no matter what it looks like.

It is very interested in the human. It wants to know everything about the human so it listens to everything the human is experiencing and is fascinated by what it thinks, says, and does. It is very intimately curious of this human aspect of itself. The human being is the essence of its expression but it seems the human forgot how to be this, be what it is, just be.

I am reminded of this movie I watched not too long ago where I recognized this listening but didn't know how to put it into words. It's this movie called "My Dinner with Andre" and I would very much wish to share it with you.
