If you are not sure what Powiull sleep is, I explained it in this article. It's something I discovered while proceeding to adopt polyphasic sleep for a second time.
Polyphasis sleep is where one takes a nap every 4 hours around the clock, the naps are only 15-30 minutes long. That means you are only getting 1-2 hours of sleep every 24 hours. My first attempt was successfully adopted , lasted 273 days, and ended 8/25/2007.
My second attempt started on 1/3/2009 and after my 5th day, I discovered Powiull sleep. Powiull sleep lasted 70 days (ended when a glimpse of true nature stepped in or whatever you want to call it). Here is a list of all the Polyphasic Sleep & Powiull Sleep Logs.

Why Do I Mention This?
For everyone who is interested. I been conversing with someone who is planing to attempt an adaptation to the Powiull sleep. For support and encouragement, if you are interested, please follow along with his blog entries. Here is his blog and introduction.
If you decide to follow along, leave some comments on his posts to let him know you are following along. Knowing people were curiously following along, contributed as an important aspect of my success.
So I mention this for anybody who is curious in the potentiality of sleeping patterns and as a way to show my support to "Freedom Seeker" who wishes to remain anonymous, more about this on his blog: http://adaptatingtopowiull.blogspot.com/.
