"Hi Nick,

Please read the following statement and comment on what the obstacles are:

It is helpful to remember that neither Truth nor Enlightenment is something to be found, sought, acquired, gained, or possessed. That which is the Infinite Presence is always present and its realization occurs of itself when the obstacles to that realization are removed."

This is where the words get tricky since something seems like it was realized but what was realized is that there is nothing to realize. So talking about this from a place that there is something to realize, only feeds the "me and mine" (ego) to keep searching for a realization. Rather what needs to be realized is that there is nothing to realize because it has always been and is always this presence. There are no obstacles since there is nothing to realize. Any insight of a realization can only seemingly happen from believing in a timeline.

This is why they call it pointing because it's too simple to talk about and everything talked about points to it. It's all this present one unfolding. So you can point to how there is no timeline, no-me, only oneness, no separation, how all words are empty concepts, nonconceptual awareness, no-choice, no-perspectives, no-doer, how the mystery of life cannot be known or solved, always present presence, having no beliefs, how something unchanging witnesses all change, no-self/ everything is self, the paradox of it all, or whatever; but there are never and never were any obstacles because there is only oneness and it's never in the way of itself since it is the only 'thing' that exists.

I can't say why it doesn't always recognize itself (or why it does recognize itself), but than again searching for a why is only a belief in reasons, purpose, cause and effect, logic, and all the other "me and mine" beliefs that keep a search going. Of course there is nothing wrong with the "me and mine" perspective or all its beliefs or its searching, since nothing is ever really happening anyway. It's never going anywhere so there is no goal but goals are okay too... there is no way to get this wrong.

Nobody realizes anything, there never is and never was a person there to realize anything. So if a realization took place that there is nobody there and there is nothing here, who realized it? And since there is nothing here, what was realized? Did anything happen? And if it's not being realized, then who is not realizing it? And if there seems to be something here and something is happening, who decides what happens or what happened? It's a mystery even to itself.

So however 'you' 'decide' to point is perfectly fine because it's all stories, all bullshit, and none of it is ever truth, unless it is all equally true. When everything is truth, truth stands nowhere particular (and that is only true because it is equally bullshit too).

I had a donation page here. I don't want your donations. I want a world where money is not needed to survive, where poverty is history, where repetitive jobs are nonexistence, where the environment and humanity are treated as the Wholeness of Life itself. Join us in the solution towards a feasible reality we all deserve. :)
