It is like everything happens, but nothing happens to anyone, including this body/mind that is part of the Virtual Reality, once called "me" or "my life" - or "you" and "your life." Something still and quiet is ever present, while "seeming" virtual reality plays itself out. Or as The One Power here, now, pours itself into whatever forms currently, spontaneously, appear. Simultaneously, there is this underlying "knowing" that in the end, nothing ever happened. In a strange way, there is "peace" in this "knowing." A peace beyond mental understanding. There is a "loving detachment" in "this knowing" which carries with it, a felt sense that all is well somehow, and it always has been. This is not easy to put into words. Silence or "conscious stillness" along with a felt acceptance of what is, as it is, expresses it best. It is kind of like, not caring. Whatever appears, appears, and it never touches this "opening."

Indeed, like a virtual reality that nobody is in. It's just being witnessed as it unfolds but it isn't really there at all (no witness to witness it). It's like a deep infinite silence viewing a deep infinite silent 'virtual reality'. The seeing and what is being seen is the same exact one.

Quantum physics says that nothing is ever happening because nothing is here. The moment they observe it, it seems to appear as something but the deeper they investigate what appears as something, the more it points to nothing. The closest thing they can find to something, is the resemblance of looking like something was there. They say 99.9% of what is here is empty space and they can't be sure what the other 00.1% is, if it could be said to be anything at all since it can't be found.

Indeed somehow this awareness knows that nothing is happening (even without digging into the science of quantum physics). It is not easy to put into words because this silence (or whatever word) cannot be contained within words (it is a nonexistence/existence, it doesn't make sense in words), the best words can do is point beyond the words. Using words to move past words. Using words to point to how words don't point to actual things. Words only make sense in relation to other words. Dark makes sense in the mist of only light and so on. Dark and light are seen as not opposites but a movement of one unfolding. It is seen that dark and light are not independent sources. Dark and light need each to be what they are because there are not two things there. Take one away and "both" fail to exist because both are one, not two, and neither one do exist anyhow. The same is true with any opposites because no opposites exist.

Words are therefore useless and only create stories. Like watching a movie play. Yet some words and phrases can seem to express it more closely, but that too is momentary, more words will come that seem to express it more clearly than other words previous stated. Eventually (as if this moment can go anywhere) no words are seen to express it because all words are equal to it and it's not the words, it is the awake present aware witness that is aware of these words being read right now. That is all that is being searched for in the words when trying to use words to find it. It's very easy to get stuck in word stories.

Yes it's like a not caring but when you say that to 'others' (the condition of 'me and mine' perspective), they will assume you are meaning in an apathy sense. But it's more like an unconditionally loving what is. Not caring what arises because it has no conditions about what arises (hence unconditional love). It is just simply being aware and that is enough. It is enough because 'everything else' is only like a child imagining or fantasying about 'something else'. There is nothing else obviously because this moment never goes anywhere. It can't move into anything else (not even a so-called future, the word future doesn't point to anything real).

Whatever the search, the search is always searching for what is presently appearing since there is nothing else and any imagining of 'something else' is a nightmare (so to speak since it can't be found). Presence can't move anywhere and therefore (as you mentioned) nothing touches it and that is waking-up (as a metaphor).

Yes for sure, 'virtual reality' seems to be fitting as a metaphor too. But it is all just empty words. Not like these are my words and those are your words anyhow, there is nothing there to claim such a thing.

I had a donation page here. I don't want your donations. I want a world where money is not needed to survive, where poverty is history, where repetitive jobs are nonexistence, where the environment and humanity are treated as the Wholeness of Life itself. Join us in the solution towards a feasible reality we all deserve. :)
