Polyphasic sleep gave the risktakers, the courageous, the unconventional, and the renegades, the 'creational power' to tap into new understanding, new ideas, new inventions, new progress. Which makes sense when you understand that Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein and a fluctuate list of other legends often slept polyphasically. Polyphasic sleep helped them to change the course of history!

Polyphasic sleep is about tapping into the power of naps, in order to gain more awake time. However there are many ways to do this. Wikipedia shows these different ways, in an easy to understand pie chart. Uberman is also known as Polyphasic sleep. Monophasic sleep is the 'normal' sleep phase of eight hours a night.

I am not going to be lighthearted about this, Powiull sleep is a revolutionary change in sleep. If there was a pie chart on Wikipedia mapping out the awake verse the sleep of Powiull sleep, it would like this:



Hence I only sleep once or twice (3o minutes) in a 24 hour period, depending on how the body decides what it needs to feel rested.

Being put on a pie chart like that, you can see the dramatic difference between all sleeping patterns ever discovered (and known to work) compared to Powiull sleep! Not only do you receive the same beneficial positive effects as on polyphasic sleep, but you don't have to take frequent naps, you feel more rested, chances of oversleeping dwindle, and an alarm is out of the picture (unless you want to, but at least it is not 6 times a day).

However the biggest revolutionary thing here, is that anybody can start it! On polyphasic sleep, you have to have the flexibility to take a nap every 4 hours. Most people have jobs that do not allow that type of flexibility. In other words, you can receive the positive effects of the polyphasic sleeping pattern and you don't have to be one of the risktakers, the courageous, the unconventional, and the renegades who never bought into the conditioning of common thinking and conventional ways of doing things (like holding such a time wasting position as a job). Now even the mainstream thinkers can benefit and tap into their creative outlet. Warning: Adopting Powiull sleep may awaken your creative potential and you may become a unconventional risktaker. Such results may lead you to: quitting your job, following your joy, giving actual value to society, contributing more to the world then it has ever contributed to you, feeling more happy on a daily basis, not caring what others think of you, expressing opinions as facts, and discovering something that changes the course of history! Symptoms are not subject to only these side-effects and other symptoms may occur. It is common to be rejected and outcasted by others who once accepted you for your noncontroversial ways of not challenging their beliefs. Results may vary. Please consult your intuition before taking such action. Your success may depend on it.
