Non duality means "not two". In this world, everything seems to have an opposite. Non duality points to how there is no opposites, there is only one thing appearing to separate. Opposites are in relationship to each other and need each other to be what they are because opposites are not independent of each other.For example, imagine that everything was solid form. In such case, there would be no space or formlessness for solid form to exist as something. Likewise if everything was empty formless space, there would be no forms here experiencing whatever this life is. If you take away all solid forms, then formlessness couldn't exist as anything, it would fail to exist at all. If you take away all empty formless space, there wouldn't be any space for forms to exist. When you take away one, the other fails to exist as something because neither one truly has an independent nature. Take away one and neither could exist because they are not two, there is only one. One thing pretending to be many infinite things.
